  I ordered 3d printer filament from this company. Even though they list their business as being in Somerset, NJ, they are in Rowland Heights, CA. I placed my order on January 14th through Newegg. On January 16th while the order was still shown as "in process", I messaged them requesting an estimated ship date. I received no reply. On January 17th, I told them to cancel the order via message. Once again, no reply. On the 18th, the status updated to shipped via FedEx Smart Post on the 16th. As of 1/26, FedEx is still waiting for the package. Update: Newegg contacted them on 1/23 and got a "song and dance" that the rep couldn't understand. They told him that they shipped it on January 22nd and couldn't cancel the order. Today is February 9th. FEDEX still shows awaiting the package. In their reply to my Newegg feedback, these guys flatout lied. They said that I ordered it on a weekend and wanted it shipped on a Saturday. Yes, I ordered it on SUNDAY. How could I expect them to ship it on the day before I ordered it? They DO NOT reply to inquiries but do monitor their feedback on Newegg and lie about their actions. I've filed complaints with Newegg and PayPal. I would give them zero stars if possible. A totally dishonest operation. Newegg also shares some blame here for letting these guys use their portal.
