  Wanna know what happens behind kitchen doors? Keep reading... Unfortunately negative stars is not an option (google should fix that so facilities can be docked for their inadequacies). I unfortunately was an employee at this "banquet" hall. My time there was brief, as it didn't take me long to figure out that because the staff is being paid so little they are slacking off. ***Key shortcomings: Low pay, long hours, NO breaks, NO training, they don't recycle, they re-use dirty equipment, the manager, Jorge, has absolutely no business being in a managerial position (he is rude, unprofessional, and a little too friendly with the female employees), the majority of servers are high school age or elderly and reeking of alcohol, they speak Spanish behind your back (not realizing that some people understand them) plotting to give the new people more work by slacking off. IF YOU HAVE GOOD WORK ETHIC DO NOT WORK HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK DOING EVERYTHING FOR NEXT TO NOTHING.
