  Tried to contact the Somerset, NJ office to make some changes to the 3 insurance policies we already have and possibly add another insurance. Could not reach them and got a National office. Did not want to make changes over the phone since some discussion and clarification was needed. No way to leave a message and no way to find out when someone would be in the Somerset office. Seriously considering cancelling my policies. Cheaper is definitely not always better. Very, very, very poor customer service. Would like to give it zero stars but not letting me.
