  I went last Monday to get my tires realigned and they told me that my car had rotor issues in the front and they could fix it for $350. Then they told me it would take an hour and a half, in which two hours went by and they hadn't even started the work. I was worried about a long trip I had this Memorial Day weekend, so I stayed longer without causing a ruckus. Then they charge me $400 something because of costs they didn't mention, but I ask them, "Is my car safe and in good condition?" They say, "Yes". So I pay and leave, then as I am driving to my holiday location on Thursday, my back right tire starts to screech like a metal on metal scrapping. It was bad, but I know its not my brakes, because I just changed them 8 months ago. I had to slowly drive back to get another car and be late for my holiday. So great job and thank you for ruining the first part of my holidays and "checking" to make sure my car and tires were safe. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.
