  I got a call that he would be to my house in 30 to 40 minutes, and he didn't show up for over an hour. That's not a big deal. He was polite, proffesional and he cleared my clog in less than 15 minutes. The reason for only 2 stars is the $465 price tag. I understand if he ran into trouble or had multiple drains to do but, as I said, his total actual work time was about 15 minutes. We let the water run for 5 or 10 minutes and his paperwork (that he filled out alone in his van) took about 20. So he spent about one hour total in my house. I paid the bill because he was there and I needed it done. So unless they revamp their pricing, instead of trapping their customers by not telling them the price until they're at the house, I'll never call them again.
